worst pension fund
Stopped my personal pension as my work also gives one. I then decided to take my saving and fill all forms and sent all required documents. On their website it states it takes 10 business days. Its been 15 business and still nothing. They will send a update and state it will take 2 to 3 business days for a certain step to be completed just to wait 5 business days to get a update its move on to the next step.
My concern is if it takes this long for me what about the people that are retired and really need that money just to wait a month which should take 2 weeks.
