Worst company to have a policy with

Terrible customer service. I’ve had a policy for 4 years and every annual follow up meeting has either been cancelled or just not attended. They can never assist you when you call in and never call back either. Emails take 3 days to be responded to and you never get an answer either. I would never recommend Discovery to anybody and in fact I’ll be looking for another medical aid provider as well.
