WORST COMPANY OUT THERE - DISCOVERY INSURE

I have really had it with Discovery Invest. I am on that stage that I want to go to the ombudsman. I have sent a withdrawal request through on the 23 March. Till today nothing has been done by Discovery Invest. A week after I get a call that now all of a sudden it needs to be verified. So my question, why does it take discovery this long. Other companies get this done in a few day, and responded regularly. Thus my reason for moving everything from Discovery, as this is not on.
