Withdrawal status

It would be nice to receive communication about withdrawal status. I have done all that needed to be done and handed in paperwork but I've received no status update. If I want to know something I need to keep doing follow ups that make it feel like your not prioritized. Turn around time is very disappointing. I know two pot is a new system but some communication would go a long way.
