Where are Discovery brokers going?????

why is there such high turnover with Discovery brokers? I just got yet another call from someone @ Discovery informing me that my broker left the business and he is now my new broker.....on average I get about 6 of these calls a year and have decided I won't schedule meetings with these brokers who turnaround and leave anyways. Take me off your calling list I will call customer care if I need anything and through with these brokers or may with Discovery period.
