Very poor claims handling processes

I have resigned from my previous employer on the 09 December 2022, I have been calling Discovery to help pay out my Pension fund. I have been sent from pillar to post. If I'm not sent the wrong claim form, I'm told that they will get back to me. It has been 8 weeks since I have left my employer and still have not received and concrete feedback as to when my fund will be paid out. I have had it with Didcovery. How do they expect me to take up any other policies with them if I am being handled in this manner. And can your short term insurance department stop calling me for quotes on my vehicle and home contents. I am definitely not interested.
