Useless Discovery Financial Advisor!!!
In September 2018 a Discovery Financial Advisor came to see me to sell something to me, I was promised that if I move my Retirement Annuity from Sanlam to Discovery they would give me 15% extra of what I move. This sounded good and I proceeded to take out a Discovery Invest on the basis that I would cancel my Samlam and Move to Discovery, Up to now, a year Later nothing has happened and I still pay monthy for Dicovery and Sanlam. The Financial Advisor just does not reply to me now that he got his cut. Every time I phone him he just says it will happen, when??? Maybe after my Annuity have paid out!
Mr Roy Jacobs is the Financial Advisor if that helps.
I have sent numerous mails to him with just no reply!
