Unreasonable Delay in Annuity Transfer

I am extremely frustrated with Discovery’s handling of my annuity transfer request. I initially submitted my request in May 2024 to transfer my savings to another investment company, and 10 months later, it is still not processed.

After multiple follow-ups, I was told in February 2025 to complete new forms as the original ones were "not received"—despite my new investment company sending follow-up emails. Even after submitting the new forms, Discovery has continued to delay the process, causing me to lose out on potential growth on my capital.

What makes this even more concerning is that two of my other investments, with much smaller values, were transferred successfully, yet my larger investment remains unresolved. This raises serious questions about Discovery’s integrity and transparency.

I am deeply disappointed and will actively discourage friends and family from trusting Discovery with their investments.
