Unprofessional Service

Ridiculous service! I will never recommend anyone to make use of Discovery Invest. I'm still waiting for MY funds!

I recently changed the banking details for my debit orders to be debited privately for my Retirement Plan at Discovery Invest. I provided all the required documents and gave clear instructions indicating that they may debit my account every 1st of the month.

This process dragged for 3 months, not taking the debit orders, while they're busy sending me emails to say my account is in arrears! I made necessary follow ups and still no explanation from their side. They received all the documents required from my side, so what's the hold up???

I finally made the decision to withdraw the funds and terminate the contract with them, as I cannot deal with the incompetency at Discovery Invest. Their time-frame for withdrawal is Seven to Ten days for Retirement Products. Today it's the Eleventh day, I haven't received my funds. I had to follow up with them again! Someone is not doing their work, again. I still haven't received confirmation email of the calls made this morning to confirm that my funds will be paid today as I requested. When will I get that email?

Discovery Invest I've waited long enough. Your time has lapsed! I want my funds. Someone needs to do their ****** jobs!
