Unknowledgeable Financial Advisor / Unprofessional Service

I am truly perturbed and disappointed in the service that I have been receiving from Discovery Invest. The financial advisor that we dealt with, lacks knowledge of the products that she was advising us on. Now that we want to withdraw the funds, the lack of knowledge is coming to light. The information that she shared with us before we signed the contract differs from what is true. Before we signed the contract, there was consistent communication from the financial to setup appointments to discuss investments options etc. Now that we want to withdraw our funds, customer service is out of the door. The financial advisor as well as her manager do not provide status feedback on withdraw request. My husband and I must continually ask for status feedback. The service is unprofessional. I will not be recommending Discovery Invest to anyone.
