Unacceptable Service
I have a client I am trying to transfer monies for from Discovery to Liberty and the service has been appalling to say the least. It has taken forever to process this transfer and I have been told that payment will now only be made in the first week of October 2021 even though all the necessary documentation has been submitted. This is purely a delay tactic in order to earn interest off my client's money before transferring to Liberty.
