To be honest they are not worth the single star either. Here it is: During Covid lock down I had no work. They gave me three months reprieve. After lockdown I still did not have an income. That only happened a 3 months later. I was told to recover the difference. My income dropped by 50%. Discovery does not recognise that. Then to put the cherry on the block the increased my premium. and state it is part of the contract. If you only get 50% of befor Covid times how the hell can a person pay a monthly premium and an increase on top of that.? For the Discovery readers if you earn 10 units per month and pay 2 units per month to Discovery that is 20%. Now earning 5 units per month a 20% contributuin will be 1 unit. They seem not to be able to calculate that. AND I GET THREATENING EMAILS. I have them all as proof. I can help turning 65%, retirement age. Now they threaten again to hold my bonus back. So I must pay with no income??? Can they please provide method of how to pay when there is a no income and finally NO income. I just receive threats. Basically their relation with inverters stink. I recommend that nobody considers them at all. There are more humane institutions. Perhaps legal action and bad press coverage will make a difference.
