Two weeks later still waiting for form C
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>two weeks ago I submitted all my information for withdrawal due to emigration. Your service department always says I will get responses and they never arrive. On Wednesday Shirleen Faku asked for tax clearance certificate (which was sent three times already) I resent on Thursday and was told I will get the form on Friday. It is now Monday and still nothing. Time is running out for me as I need to close my bank accounts in the next few days. Please escalate this urgently. </p>

Our Busisiwe has been in contact with you and has confirmed to me that the appropriate documentation has been received and that your withdrawal is currently pending pricing. Once we receive the Tax Directive from yourself we will be able to make payment.
