They take double and do not give back!

BE CAREFUL I decided to increase my retirement annuity. Discovery sent me the forms and requested me to pay the amount before the end of the day into their account so it would reflect within the financial year. This was done BUT.....the next day they withdrew the same amount directly from my bank account. This is a substantial amount. Now they are dragging with the refund and reckon they won't compensate for the loss of interest and overdraft fees. How's that for attitude? I won't recommend them to anybody. They are quick to take but terrible when it comes to fixed THEIR mistakes.
