The worse service ever this is my 2nd complaint and I hate everything about this company

The worse service ever this is my 2nd complaint and I hate everything about this company. I stopped working 5th December 2022 but till today I'm yet to receive my money! I filled out forms on the 26th Jan and when I called they told me it will take 4 to 6 weeks where as it's been weeks since I left work. When u send an email u get an automated response it's so frustrating.You guys are actually pathetic!!
