Terribly Bad Service

I'm disappointed with discovery endowment plan around March and is not what we expected when we joined the policy. We told the consultant to add beneficiary but the consultant did not do that, we requested same again this month August still documents came back without beneficiaries the worst part is consultant tell us to do a will on beneficiaries as policy does not allow to add beneficiaries yet the document forms have space allocated for beneficiaries.

We've never received such a bad attitude and service from consultants Mmaschaba Frans of Discovery but this is worst we don't even think is wise to continue investing with discovery. The worst part is after joining in March we have never received any contract Untill we fraught for them and only received that in August.. The whole 6 months we spent waiting for contact to be sent to us.
