Terrible Service and no Regard for good customers
<p>i have lots of products with this company and they have given me som much greef with every product. i now want to cancel my RA , two life policies and vitality and i am being told that i can take my own money out. they are holding me at ransom and i do not want to deal with them anymore. all i want is good customer service.</p>

Whilst I understand your need to withdraw your Retirement Annuity, this is unfortunately not possible because Retirement Annuities are governed by the Long Term Insurance Act and is thus legislated that withdrawals may only be made under the following conditions:
- Client reaches retirement age
- Client is emigrating
- The policy forms part of a divorce settlement
The conditions noted above are not Discovery Invests' rules and we are not in a position to make an allowance based on the legislation mentioned above.
