I have now been struggling for more than a year to get issues sorting out around my tax. It started with some investment at Discovery which was switched to Sanlam and the subsequent SARS documentation that was submitted with the incorrect information from what was originally given to SARS. SARS have therefore not accepted my tax returns dating back to the tax year 2021/2022. I have now managed through my broker to obtain some feedback from Discovery, but am appalled at the time frame given as this issue has been ongoing for more than a year now.
