Tax Certificate resubmission

I have been trying to obtain a corrected TAX Certificate since the beginning of the month. This is really unacceptable as this was an error from Discovery whom submitted two different rates to SARS. This has affected my Tax returns for 2022 resulting in me having to pay penalties. Will Discovery be covering the 2000 penalty already received because of this issue which delayed my tax return initially in 2022?

I am really unhappy that something which seems so simple is taking this long to be resolved. Every time I call the call centre I am informed that the issue has been marked a priority and being dealt with. I am tired of waiting on this resubmission to go through to SARS as it is delaying my returns and soon more penalties will occur, which I feel Discovery should be liable for.
