taking money that does not belong to them
These people still take your money after you cancel a policy i have canceled my policy with them 5th October 2020 and every month including January they keep on deducting the moneys when you call to get you money and have them stop the deductions they treat you like **** and you can wait as they do not care this is *****ing

it so frustrating to see how fast they reply on this platform to save face
i got a call and was promised a call before end of business Friday to let me know when my money will be refunded, I did however not receive that phone call.
then my husband is sitting with the same situation and he has not even received a phone call as they promised.
they have been taking payments from me and my husband for the past 4 months after we canceled our policy in beginning of October.
we canceled cause we kept on losing money and there representative had the attitude of we are still young we can make up the money.
this was really an unpleasant experience
I hope they will contact myself and my husband to resolve this as i am tired of phoning after them
next step will be the ombudsman
