Stories upon stories upon stories - as usual

On 11 December 2019 I called Discovery Invest to get clarity on some of their terms and conditions to make an investment paid-up with them.

I asked the agent all the detail but was never told that the terms and conditions were only valid if all arrears were paid in. We were only led to believe that the contract must only be reinstated again within 6 months.

I emailed Discovery and asked for a copy of the recording of the conversation between us but to date have been ignored. Today is the last day we can make a decision but to no avail.
