Still debiting my account

Wow, there I thought Discovery had fixed an error. I cancelled my Invest policy in May and am still being debited. This is absurb.

I was unable to reach you telephonically and have thus emailed you the details regarding the two investments that you have with Discovery Invest.

We have indeed cancelled the debit order on one of your investments, however the second debit order remains in place until we receive an instruction from you to cancel.
