Shameful service

I emailed Nozipho Ngwenya about my child educational protector to be reviewed on the 25th July, no response from her. I then send email again to her and was still not acknowledged. I was addmited in hospital on the 02/08/22 until now and only today I feel better to check my emails, I see Nozipho still said anything about reviewing my son's education protector. I don't know if is disrespect, or is laziness or **************. But for the business this is so shameful to have an employee like that, so unprofessional, unhelpful , no service at all. So very disappointed in such a big business to hire staff like that.
