Retirement funds

I am so disappointed with the Discovery invest service regarding my retirement fund I was dismissed on the 30 of November from there I have not received any communication unless I contact discovery via phone call, I sent an email requesting for statements and balances due to me I have not received any feedback when I call I get sent pillar to post I have filled in all the outstanding documents they get resent to me again. Which means I need to be calling again otherwise nothing will be done!!!
