Retirement Fund Hassle!!

What an unpleasant experience I’d never wish this on my worst enemy! It’s been 3 months trying to get my Retirement fund! Spoke to Lucky for 3 days straight now still no resolution instead he wants another 2 days! Asked to speak to a manager who’s was too busy on another call and had to wait for absolutely nothing cause I’m still in the dark about my funds! The rich is always getting richer
