Retirement Annuity Withdrawal.

I have been trying to cancel & withdraw my discovery retirement annuity funds from the beginning of April, I resigned from my previous employer and do not feel the need to carry on with their covers, Now I work somewhere else and would definitely want to cut ties with the **** that is discovery. Please advice on how to go about cancelling and withdrawing my funds please
