Retirement Annuity optimizer payout not paid.

I just do not have energy to fight with discovery anymore. They keep failing me and I saw a lot of bad review about them. I have retirement annuity optimizer plan with them from 2008, I wanted to retire at the age of 55, past already on 25 of August 2025. Now these was with investment policy as well, paid out after a fight, but just not retirement annuity. They are bad communicators with all respect, they does not keep up their promises, someone took over when I queried the payout of investment, it is 2 weeks, last week I send him e-mail to finds out what is happening with retirement optimizer payment? Nothing to date. Can we even trust them they will pay out on our life covers when we are dead?
