Retirement Annuity letter incorrect after 5 tries

I have requested a letter from Discovery Invest detailing my retirement annuity contributions for the period 1 March 2015 - 28 February 2016 on 04 February 2015.<br> <br> To date, I have had to request the letter 5 times, and each time it is received it is incorrect. This letter was supposed to be submitted to my employer for tax purposes already at the end of February 2015.<br> <br> Today is 7 April - a whole week has passed once again but unfortunately Discovery is incapable of delivering a simple letter.<br> <br> If I cannot trust them to draft a letter detailing retirement annuity contributions, how on earth can I trust them to invest my money?<br> <br> I find this totally unacceptable and inefficient. I have never ever received such poor service from anyone.<br> <br> I will definitely not ever suggest your company to anyone as this level of service is pathetic!!!
