Reinstatement nightmare

I have an investment with Discovery which is giving me a headache! I missed a few premiums due to us public servants not getting our increase in time. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to arrange to pay in the arrears after I sent them a completed reinstatement form. My last request was for them to start collecting in January when I get my bonus , which is month away , but I’m just hitting a blank wall!
