Refuse to refund my money

<p>I approached a broker whom in the past hounded me for bussiness. The guy gave me some quotations and I thought it to be a good deal. I recently asked for statements as I required information that was not forthcoming. I trusted my gut just to find that the broker and Discovery are taking more fees ( I agreed to those according to our contract ) when the broker explained it it was not so much but on the statement is is huge and I would urge fortcoming public thinking of useing these people is dangerous, the fees are out of this world, I would never be able to retire as they take more than I invested. I have to pay early exit fees because they bargend on much more and the longer you wait they get back in fees but your exit fee is then less, very clever concept. They take this exit fee from you current RA but I cannot be paid out as there are TAX implications, I say I want my money as if they can take then I can take, they also liable to pay tax to SARS AS THEY ARE TAKING ********LY. All I want is me and my wifes monies. I already asked but they choose to ignore our requests. The broker is so rude that they send me an e-mail that they no longer want my bussiness just because I ask too many questions.</p>
