****** pathetic... try get them to correct your tax certificate. Its always someone else fault. Went from 5 working days to fix to another 5 days. Total days... 20 working days. email them... no repsonse.. call the they dont even log it... you have to basicly start yelling at them to get some sort of assitance. Funny how they quickly quote te law when you tell them you don't want to be part of there service anymore.
