POTENTIAL *****

Phoned Discovery this morning requesting info and they in turn were going to send me forms. After going through all the SO CALLED security checks one being to confirm your email address. Hours later I still had not received the forms. I phoned back and the second ladey told me they had been emailed to a totally different email and the mail hadn't bounced back!!!! I eventually got the forms - so please tell me what sort of security check are you doing or is this potential internal ***** as they have all your details id no. bank details etc
