I removed my broker from my Discovery portfolios via the Discovery query platform. I e mailed them to confirm that the broker was removed from all my portfolios. I recently required sensitive information to be communicated with me. I receive a e mail from Discovery with the broker I requested to be removed months ago cc in on the mail. Why? I logged the query (Ref ***). I get a automotive response say 5-7 or alternatively 7 - 10 days. Just from this response you can see they dont care!
