Poor working Values in Discovery

Since I have invested with Discovery , nobody look after my funds. It went downwards. I am trying to do a withdrawal and the call center/support center have lack of knowledge of there products and I had to send my request 3 times. Lots information was missed by discovery. It came across that all Discovery Staff is lazy and laid back. There is no interest to assist the customers. I did a withdrawal from OU-Mutual and the process was so easy. You have to wonder how with all the advertising on TV expecting professional behaviour, just to get the opposite. I would highly check other Financial institutes.

They also deal with unregistered Financial advisors which is not legal.

There are better financial institutes to use. Do you research and don't think its discovery , they will look after your interest.
