Poor service from Discovery Invest

Discovery Invest is refusing me to cancel my investment with them. As a client, I have the right to choose when I want to cancel an investment due to being dissatisfied with the chosen investment. I have received poor service from Discovery Invest and they are taking long to get back to me about cancelling the investment. This is not the way to treat a client that has invested their hard earned money with them.
