Poor Service from Advisor

Hi, I recently moved my Investment to Discovery, as the Advisor came up with so good solutions to grow my investments thus making me change. Well since i moved to Discovery, its been about 4-6 months, i cant get any feedback from my advisor when i need information or advise? I pay commission, shouldnt he respond to my emails? Or did he get his payment and doesnt care anyone.
