Poor customer service

Discovery is overrated!! Discovery retirement funds are the worst I have ever come across. They ignored a submission that was done in September 2020 until I made several follow-up calls. Only then (in November 2020) did they look at my form and only then did they say there is incomplete information, which was not even the case. They have now pushed the waiting period (6-8 weeks) even further and are not even bothered that if they had attended to my application on time the 6-8 weeks turn around time would not be in December.
