poor customer service

I have send out numerous emails no response below are the dates I have emailed. First time 2023.05.02 Second time 2023.05.05 Third time 2025.03.10 Fourth time 2025.03.12 Fifth time 2025.03. 15 Sixth time 2025.03.20
