Please pay me my employee benefits!!!!

I used to work for discovery insure, it's taking them forever to pay out my pension and provident fund money, I cannot believe that after a month and a half they only telling me now about incomplete claim forms that were submitted online, which their system doesnt allow you to complete the process without completing the online claim forms. Discovery is a worst experience, employee and client disaster.
