Pension fund

I have a broker and known him and trust him and been there for me, I trust it's the system discovery has. My story. November, I turned 55 and got to go in to sign for my pension which I was told it will take between 2 to 3 weeks and which has been over 3 weeks and nothing. I wonder if discovery know how to deal with this because it's been rejected by the tax directive that they require certain documents then I had to sign another form because they required me to get documents from Gov pension fund. They should know what to send or do they. I was really relying on the money so I can take children down to see their families and also help out my center with funds, and it has put on so much pressure I don't know what to do. I should of went with another insured company, I will not recommend discovery I thought been a huge company it will be easy, was I wrong.
