Payment holiday
I got RA policy at Discover insure, i requested a payment holiday for march and still got debited. I phone Discovery 3 times asking for feedback and got told no one will phone me because they only work via email, after a month i received a mail that i am arrears. This is after requesting a 3 month holiday and did qualify for it.
