Pathetic service, trying to cancel a policy!!!!

I am trying to cancel the retirement annuity that I have. It seems like I am asking for a liver transplant because they are asking for certified documents and signatories that don't make sense.

When I took up this policy I didn't have to jump through hoops for them to take my money, but for them to stop I have to have a bunch of documentation. Pathetic service!!
