Pathetic Service EVER and lies to customers.

This is the WORST investment / bank / Company to invest and build a trusted relationships with, where promises is been broken from Team Leaders and Automatically Replies. Forever phoning to get feedback, and promise that a Leader will phone you back - - - LIES... For customers to phone and demand to speak to management, and upsetting a customer with false information is unacceptable.... and then to find out that the feedback is false. Tell me how to trust a Company like this with your future money/investment or even bank with you?
