Pathetic
On 14 June an instruction was submitted for a Section 14 transfer to Allan Gray. You however still carried on with the debit order deduction and we emailed you on 26 June to tell you to stop the debit order. We were ignored.......the client want that premium refunded and he wants the debit order to be stopped like you were suppose to do.
