Not happy with the service

The service I got from the company is more than appalling. After submitting my provident fund withdrawal forms after recently resigning from Discovery Insure, I still have not received any communication as to whether it is processed or not. This is strange because it is easy for funds to take our contributions yet it is infinitely difficult to withdraw them. Makes not sense whatsoever! The worst part is that when you send emails you get an automated response but no actual human being is there to talk to as they say that the matter is referred to one of their consultants. Terrible service
