Not getting feedback

In 2013 I notified discovery via their website that I would like to take out an investment and Life insurance. They send Jose Afonso from Afken on their behalf. I signed up. Jose contact me and book a meeting on 4 June 2015 to go over both. He never showed up and I phoned his office the next day, they said he is out and will give him the message and confirm he had no reason to have missed our meeting. I also send him an email asking why he never showed. He never rep****. I phoned his office again on the 8th and left a message again. He finally phoned back later that day with and attitude. He was rude. I have informed discovery on the 9th of June that I would like them to remove Jose and send someone else to come and see me. I also asked them to confirm by letting Jose go that there will be no penalties. I am still waiting for feedback from Discovery. All they keep doing is forwarding my email to their team and ask the next person to sort this out. I am still waiting. <br> <br> <br> <br>
