Non existent Service! Absolute nonsense!

If I could give you minus stars I would. Either you're completely ****** as a company or you only worry about the millionaires. I have an amount that lingering at your company not allocated to any fund because your advisors and everyone else there messed a transfer from a Provident to a Preserver up. Now it's a year since that money was released yet it has not been allocated to a fund. None of you have bothered to communicate with me. I always have to be one calling and get taken from pillar to post. At this point I want that money and all other monies transfered to a different company completely. For a whole entire year, you have failed to address this. I cannot even get put through to your complaints department or cancelations. That's how non existent the service is.
