No service from Discovery Invest

I urgently need to withdraw an amount from my Discovery Investment. App**** through my broker on 4/12 and was told communication would follow in 7-10 days. After hearing absolutely nothing, I contacted Discovery Invest myself, only to be told they need documentation from me. Why then was my request acknowledged and no further communication made IF there was documentation outstanding. The additional documentation was filled in- still ZERO communication from Discovery and no money. People withdraw from investments when the need money URGENTLY. This is something Discovery Invest cannot comprehend. I would think twice before using anything Discovery related. And in addition to this dismal service they want to reduce from my boost. Totally unfair as the bulk of my money remains with them. Never any compensation from Discovery for their lack of service, just a matter of Take, Take, Take!
