No assistance for tax problem created by Discovery Invest

I most definitely would not recommend anyone have dealings with Discovery Invest. Their service and communication are atrocious. Every time you call in you speak to a new agent and have to explain everything again and again. Feedback is always promised but we have yet to get any satisfaction or a call back. I have been trying to submit my 2020 tax return and have been unable to due to the fact that discovery issued a tax certificate erroneously. The tax certificate has a tax directive number which is incorrect! ! We contacted Discovery on 2 November 2020 for the first time and multiple times thereafter. Agents have told me that due to the error affecting many clients, cancellation certificates were submitted to SARS and I should be patient as it would take 5 working days (that was 12 November 2020). I was instructed to refresh my data on my efiling profile daily to get the correct data to reflect. This does Not Work. I have an email train and reference numbers that mean nothing as there doesn't appear to be anyone willing to help me do what I need to do. SARS will not assist until the correct data is submitted on my profile.
