Negative Investment Growth and Termination thereof

<p>Noticing a negative growth in my investment plans which Lancelot Edward Abraham van Niekerk, Adviser code ********** 505, recommended to me, I instructed him during November 2016 to cancel all my investment plans and pay out the dividends into my account. Regardless of me requesting from Discovery directly to cancel my debit orders they kept on putting through the debit orders which caused unpleasantness between myself and my bank because I had to do a stop payment every month for them to refund the deductions. I have phoned Lancelot numerous times and has been told all sorts of stories of that he just left the office and will phone back right now or that he is sending the forms and so on. I am so tired off trying to get paid back my money and wonder why it is that this unacceptable practice can continue.</p>
